Leafy Beach Bag

I spent the day sorting out some of my unfinished projects, of which there are many, and this beach bag was amongst them. I have now finished the machine work on the bag and have some hand-stitching left to do which I like to reserve for the evening times in front of the TV curled up on the sofa. 

This bag for me is a real game-changer; I love the fabric and I really had to use my head to create the pattern for the bag itself. The pockets, the size of the bag, the straps, and the lining, all in all it took three or four days to create and I am really proud of it. I wish I was planning a trip to the beach but, alas, this bag is heading for my shop floor.
